Addiscombe Launch Party

At the beginning of April 2003 a big party was thrown for us by the good folks at Geoffrey Butlers to celebrate the launch of our new team strip. Held on a Friday night it was a great opportunity to meet up with Agreeable members away from the bike. In all honesty we'd have a party for any reason so getting some new team kit made especially in Italy and shipped over for our members was as good a reason as any!

The contents of the spacious showroom were moved to make way for Addiscombe for the evening

George and Guy from GBs were our hosts

They provided wine, food and champagne for over 60 people on the night

Starting at 7pm the shop was shut to the general public and you had to be an Addiscombe member to get entry. We still managed to fill the entire shop up with revelers though.

Some came down straight from work

While others were a little less formal

Everywhere you looked it was rammed

A lot of people bought the latest kit there and then

President Joyce cut the cake

Later on some proper drinking was being done

Oh dear

When it finally emptied out a bit we were able to get some of the crowd together for a quick photo

When all the drink had been polished off...

We headed over to the pub!

Next day we saw this in GBs window! Addiscombe Everywhere!!!
