...which brings us back to Marco winning a prize for eating pasta morning noon and night.

As opposed to Maria and Andrew (both of whom are relatively new to the club) who completed the horrendously hard ballbuster duathlon around Boxhill comprising of an 8 mile run, 24 mile bike ride and another 8 mile run, taking in zigzag road on every lap
