What Have We Been Up To?

The last few months have seen Agreeables organising cycling events or taking part in bike rides all over the place. Below is just a quick selection of things we have been up to

We had teams in the local Clarencourt 4-up team time trial

We had the experts from www.cyclefit.co.uk at out clubroom to explain the science behind bike sizing.

We had a series of maintenance evenings where knowledgable experts were on hand to help new members learn about fixing their own bikes.

We have had so many trips to Majorca we now have a club jersey hanging in the famous cycling bar on the island.

Top cycling photographer Phil O'Connor (centre) came down to our clubroom one evening to show off some of his work and give a talk about his life following the professional peloton.

We had a long training weekend in the Pyrennees in the middle of summer

Track racing has really picked up in Addiscombe with a coaching day organised for novice riders with Eurosport's Russell Williams and a day of track racing for all Agreeables to watch and contest.

With all the talk of triathlon we have had a team in a local running event and have even organised a series of Total Immersion swimming lessons for club members
