They'd be great for winter, hack, shopping bike but are very tight to fit so would be best for either a deep welled rim or a shouldered rim.
Only asking £10 each for them, they cost £22, but any postage would be at least £17 by Parcel Force or can be collected from Sutton/Hackbridge.
