Competed in the Cambridge Duathlon last Sunday 7K Run; 35K Bike; 7K Run, which was a qualifier for the World Duathlon Championships in Belgium at the end of May. Managed to come 5th in my Age Group (H) out of 33 entrants (26 starters), which amazingly enough means I have qualified !

2nd in Category on the Bike was nice, but my first run I was 11th in Category and second run 17th !

Was my first race of the season (except for ACC 10mTT), and by Wed I felt I could almost walk properly again !

Doing Steyning Duathlon on Easter Monday...
