See the above link. The first name is Max Ramirez, one of our Addiscombe own who won his heat at the London Triathlon on Sunday.

My only claim is that I thrashed him last year, only because he was not well and bailed out.

Jesus those boys are quick. For us mere mortals it was better than last year (not so bl**dy hot) but headwind on Bike back from Westminster was a bit of a killer.

Suffering Summer Cold and post holiday blues meant a lowly 2:49 for me (and a 40min swim... Need to get that Total Immersion training going again)

Sub 2:30 I wish! Nah Just the Mixed Olympic Group 2. Think Everyone after 12pm went to Westminster (after the earlier 10k Charity race finished).

So you entering next year Marco? Need a fellow Mortal to give it a go (after my lack of training and problems this year it was just a case of getting round and 'trying' to enjoy it)

Started at 2.05. Was wearing a lovely red white and black all in one with some sick on it (vomed twice on the bike) so you'll probably have spotted me....
