Is anyone out there doing this ?

I would like to know the bike route, but can't seem to get it from organisers, does anyone have it or details of it from previous year(s) ?
I've been told it is like the Tonbridge Tri bike route, but I'd like to know
(as close as poss) the real route

Thanks

The bike course is exactly the same as the bike course for the Tonbridge Tri except that you start at the North end of the course. The tri is based in Sevenoaks Leisure Centre. The swim is at the pool there and the run is 5 miles (off road) round Knole Park, which you would have passed on the bike course on Tonbridge.

I don't know what date this is taking place but I'd like to do it.

By the way Huw, those relays that I was on about are on 7th September. You can't get out of swimming because in these relays each person has to do the whole triathlon before tagging the next person. Sorry !

The course is very similar but shifted north a bit so you have an extra climb back into sevenoaks instead of coming out on river hill. the run is a bit up and down but is nice and i think it is on the 14 sep you can ring the organiser Mark Horne on 01732833144
or their website is http://www.7oaks-tri-club.co.uk

I know the tonbridge bike course, so I?m really interested in the way you get to it (i.e. how it connects) and and how you get back from it, to Sevenoaks leisure centre. If that makes any sense to anyone ?
If anyone could descibe or send a map that would be great.

I?ve run in Knowle Park before, albeit a long time ago, I still remember it being hilly though !

It is on 14/09/03, I?ve entered, but no confirmation as yet, I tried the website, but no bike route, I emailed but no response, so if no further help arrives via forum I will call the number you (Tridevil) gave.

Thanks
