CR Thread

On road, off road, round in a big circle or down to the coast, we do the lot. We don't just do it at all speeds and for all levels, we do it Agreeably as well!

Thanks to those on today's Club Run who kindly offered to help out at next month's road races, and to those who said they'd check their availability and get back to me.

To everyone else, we still need lots of helpers please.

Details of the two events can be found here:

Got out on the club run today  , nice to see a handful of faces I recognised at the station, in fact missed the group I intended to go out with whilst chatting  .

Went out in Mark's group and it was great to catch up with him and Matt after so long. Good luck with PBP Matt. Do you know your number yet to track you on the website?

Managed only my 3rd CR on Saturday 08/08/15 of the year due to my knackered shoulder. Went out with the 20's again. Sat in all the way but felt OK. In the red a couple of times but recovered quickly and stayed with the faster guys through Rusper just about. Good fun ride into Charlwood when Ryan, Ant M any myself hatched a plan to attack. Totally buried myself and saw my highest heart rate for a long time. Good fun though. Struggled a little on the return but that's just lack of miles in my legs. Fine on the flat, just the lumps that see me struggle.

Nice to get out though. Hope to get in a few more CR's before my operation on my shoulder.

Good to see you out on Sat, Ant. Doing well I reackon, considering the miles you have done this year. Shame about the party pooper at the Charlwood sprint (that means you Rogan)
