I can donate an almost full (I think, at least 1.5kg left anyway) bottle of Go (Watermelon flavour). I don't like the stuff so if someone who's going to the race is going to be at the Pres 10 tomorrow wants to collect it fine.

I don't get on with Go so it's just sat at home, better it went to someone as a prime - 1st tester's type attack off the front to gap the field over the S/F line  .

A Tour de France Complete Treasures Box set
A 2008 Olympics Gold Rush book
3 'High performance cycling' books - Jukendrup
3 'Serious Cycling' books - Burke
1.6kg tub SiS Rego chocolate
1.5kg tub High5 Energy Source
1kg procover drink with 750ml bottle
5 x 750ml bottles
Pair of Chill Out waterproof socks
Some little cable-locks
3 x Power bar starter packs including energy bars, recovery gels and a 750ml bottle

*Special prize... "oooohhhhhhhhh!" I asked Nicole Cooke to sign a team jersey after she won the olympics and it should arrive this week. She thoughtfully also got her domestiques on the day Emma Pooley and Sharon Laws to sign it and I might give it to the first woman over the line.

No I was only referring to the stash of goodies you'll be transporting! I was having second thoughts about trying to get back to London straight after the race for TOB but that would involve riding there and would be a bit of a mission time-wise, especially as Toks did mention somewhere that there would be some delay from the original 1.30 planned start (I also offered a lift to Paul). And that would be accounting on good weather too. Oh and I wouldn't want to miss the chance to take photos of the podium presentations ;- )

[quote="Toks"][quote="Sylv"]The only thing we didn't think of ..
clashes with http://www.tourofbritain.co.uk/_ns_race ... _route.asp
Yeah i know. I did ask a few peeps if our race would clash with any event and we all forgot about that one. Also the other dates being offered by Hillingdon were in mid and late November. I'm not sure how many of you would've been up for racing in two months time. Our race should be over by 2.40pm latest so if you don't hang around someone could lead a train down the Uxbridge road, straight on past Shepherds Bush, Holland Park, Notting Hill Gate, Marble Arch, Park lane then on to the circuit. It'll take an hour max and you should definitley catch the last few laps and the all important sprint finish 8) 8)

Toks - this is shaping up to be great fun, I hope you have a super race and a really enjoyable day. I'm sure you and the ACC event will prove a much better draw than the ToB 8)

H guys, depending what weather forecast website you go to tomorrow will be hot - mild (22C or 13C), there maybe mild showers or some showers or even none at all. By the way Hillingdon is a faily safe circuit even when its very wet so fear not!! Finally if you're riding to and from the race I'd definitley bring a rainproof top or something to change into for ride home just in case. See ya tomorrow :D

I've never raced before but usually ride with 18s or 19s so I guess would be in the lowest possible category, 4 or 5?
I might try and give it a go. Are people riding up? If so what time setting off from CSS?
