Thanks Naomi, Nicolas, Andrew, Martin...

and that makes 13, so we have enough now thanks guys. Glad we have a couple of 'spares' in case anyone can't make it on the day. I will PM you all my email and mobile number, and would be great if you could send back an email and mobile number if you don't mind so I can contact you on the day if needed (e.g. if I'm told the race is off due to rain).

The organiser says they will send more info at 4 weeks to go, and 1 week before so I will forward that on. There's really not that much to it though. Turn up at the meeting point on the map from 6.00pm in good time to be in place for 6.30pm start. Wear a bib and carry a flag and try to keep people and dogs from going on the track in front of the riders.

The race length/ finish time depends on the light on the evening. Since this is towards the end of July, bear in mind it will be getting dark by the end, if you're cycling over.

Should be a good evening! Hopefully a few ACC riders will enter :D

Hi all,

Just sent out the final details via email - so you should hopefully have recieved them. If not, let me know.

Basically, turn up at 6.00/6.15 to be in place for 6.30pm start.

Meeting point is on the map http://www.dulwichparagon.com/tempdocs/palace.jpg

Hopefully some ACC are racing that we can cheer on!

Many thanks for your help.

It always rains when Tom goes to race at Palace. It did a bit last week.

Don't worry, the forecast could easily change between now and then. It's so changeable at the moment.

Marshalls - if it's called off because of rain, the organise will send me a text and I'll text you (if I have your number), as well as posting on here and emailing. Or do keep an eye on the CP crits twitter feed https://twitter.com/CPCrits as they will post on there if it is called off.

Otherwise, you have to turn up! :)

Thanks,
Bridget

Hi all,

Latest is that it's probably going to be a close/late call re racing tonight as whilst it has been wet, it looks to brighten up and the track could well be dry.

So, we should meet at CP at 6.00/6.15pm for 6.30pm start as planned please. (If it's off, we can abort to the pub!)

I will be travelling after 16:30 with no access to email, but Patrick (the organiser) will let me know via text if it is called off between then and 6pm.

Ant McCoy, Martin, Andrew, Lesley, Jessica, Phil, Naomi and Katie - I have your phone numbers and will text you in that instance (or before if I hear earlier).

Nic, Steve, Ant Leeson and Mark - I don't have your phone numbers.

You can also keep on the CP crits twitter feed https://twitter.com/CPCrits

Look forward to seeing you later.

I don't think it dries at that bottom corner. They are cautious.

I said it would rain if Tom was racing.

No chance of racing tonight Matt, the bottom corners under the trees take quite a long time to dry and if damp can be like ice. Didn't fancy another trip down the bank did you :D .
