We set off today just before 11am

I reckon tomorrow they might leave a bit earlier maybe 10am

They have to be up at Trafalger Square in the evening right?

Great read, well done to all who hung around.

I have just been out with lisa and Chris for me birfday dinna - and lisa did a ride  with liquigas this morning.
And when she got dropped on the hills Charlie Weg slowed down and gave her a wheel to follow, top stuff. pip pip!

Anyone done any football training with Man U or Real Mad? No thought not- this is what makes cycling so accesible.
You just can't pitch up and have a go.

Mass sickie 2mo in croydon area!

About to partake on my regular Thursday night drink with me mates (I do have some) and thought where shall we go tonight....? I know lets go down to the Selsdon Park Hotel and see what's shakin....

We ended up having a drink in the lounge surrounded by teams Liquigas, CSC and Caisse D'Epargne.. Valverde O'Grady etc - the riders were of course on soft drinks but all the supporting crew were not. TV crews were there doing interviews, paparazzi, groupies milling around, certainly a change from two pints of lager and a packet of crisps at the Dog and Duck...and then at 10:30 they all went to bed.

Nothing on George's experience but right up there for me (I think that he should be a guest speaker at the next ACC do to talk about it).

They will be there again tomorrow night so it would be worth going up there.

wow - been off the net for a few days ( been on the beach instead ), and just read all this.. Think this is the one time when i have been away and wished I was back in London.. I know I went on holiday at the worst time ever but it was a good deal and I needed ( getting a few aches ''n strains lately), a few weeks off the bike...
George - i think you are well on your way to being an ACC legend !
enjoy the atmosphere guys ''n gals, i will have to watch what i can from a bar here in thailand ...

 cheers,
brian.

They were absolutely flying up there and after the first hairpin I lost contact, I was in no mans land then just after the second hairpin Pereiro led the rest of the group straight past me Vladimir Karpets was on the back in the big ring just looking like it was nothing and all the others were out the saddles.

I sprinted to try get back on but no way, I've never seen a group go so quick up a hill before, they are aniother league altogether.
Then the team car came up to me and he signalled for me to hop on behind for a nice tow up to the top

I just read it again :D :D I'll probably read it tomorrow too :D :D
