ACC Races - Loads of Helpers Required

Postby Snoop Doug » Fri Feb 27, 2009 10:54 am

Hi folks

That time of year again, when I polish up my most unpopular acc member trophy  and ask you all to help make our events a success.

The ACC road race is on Saturday April 4th. We need loads of helpers for this one. All the details are available from the link below. So far we have only a handful of offers, please can you check your diaries and let us know if oyu can help. If you think you may be able to fulfil any of the more specialist roles required for this event please get directly in touch with Guru P with any questions etc. Don't ask me - I don't know

We need two helpers for the SCCU 25 on Sunday 19th April. This is an early start (and so an early finish) in the Horsham area. Please contact me on this one and I will put you in touch with the organiser.

The Addiscombe Open 25 is on Sunday 26th April (sorry my earlier date error now corrected). Another early start and finish in the Horsham area. I will check and see how many people we require. In the meantime, if this date is a good one for you then put your hand up please?

These early events are a great way to get your helping done nice and early in the season (wow - what a crap selling point I know  )

26th is a Thursday Snoopdim.

Put me down as a helper Snoop, but my new job may cause me to go away for work at short notice (eve's & w'ends).
Sunday 29th March & 4th April is fine for me if that gets me brownie points :D :D :D

At the moment I can help on both ACC days, but the 19th is most preferable
