Seasoned Riders

Those of us who let's say have reached a half century or are a little more or less either way do you still train on those old legs if they,re tired from previous workouts? Or do you have full recoveries now and stay fresh for each workout?

It varies but try to do 5-6 days.

Currently doing 4/5 days a week now. Not much road stuff though.

probably four sessions per week - at this time of the year more gets a bit boring and I'm very prone to overuse injuries

I still enjoyed training maybe 4/5 times per week but have to have a rest day after a real hard say 3-hr ride.
