This rider was snapped going through the finish in his car !?!? No 31 I think...
We've been holding on to this since 1999's event. It stayed unclaimed for the 2000 event so we will have to keep it for the 2001. Please send an email to cycling@ipc.co.uk on our behalf and see if they can reunite with its rightful owner!
