Results of the CDCA 10 Mile
Time Trial 10th March 2001
The event was a
lot of fun as it was held on a windy day on the A24 which has a few small
hills to sap the strength from your legs when you really can't go much faster.
Mark Bayliss won the event beating riders from other clubs that were racing.
In theory Addiscombe would have won the mtb prize as well by virtue of the
fact that no other clubs have mountainbikers that also time trial! If you are
wondering why we only had 10 riders it is because the others were racing at
Hillingdon in the afternoon so it was half strength squads all round!
