Details of events that are looking for helpers now, who to contact and what actually needs doing.

Local cycling needs our help to keep going. If you’ve read Wiggo’s autobiography you’ll see that he started out at Herne Hill and Crystal Palace – both of which are on the list.

Sun Apr 27, 6am – 11am

Open 25 Mile Time Trial
Where: Broadbridge Heath Village Hall
Description: Helpers needed for marshalling and canteen/HQ duties

Sat May 3, 1pm – 5pm Open Track Meeting

Where: Herne Hill Velodrome
Help required with signing on, finish line spotting, marshalling, starting

Sun May 4, 9:30am – 1:30pm Open road race. Bletchingley

Where: Bletchingley Golf Club, Church Lane, Bletchingley, United Kingdom

This race is part of a 3 stage Surrey League event.

Help required with signing on, finish line spotting and course marshalling.

Thu May 15, 5:30pm – 9pm Surrey League Handicap Race

Where: Newchapel

Tue May 20th 7:30pm – 8:30pm Club Evening 10 Mile TT

Where: G10/42 Spook Hill, North Holmwood
Club evening 10. Required helpers: pusher, turn marshall.
