I am selling my mountain bike as although I've enjoyed it for a bit of fun I never really use it so am freeing up some space.
It is a 2008 GIANT XTC 3.5 hardtail - size small.
It's a great entry level MTB with hydraulic shocks with remote lock out, 100mm travel, and hydraulic disc brakes. I've changed the stem to a shorter high end Thomson stem so it handles better and is more direct and chuckable through the forests - for the same reason I cut an inch off each end of the bars as they were very wide out the box and fitted yeti lock-on grips, changed the saddle to a WTB Rocket, and it's fitted with crud catchers. It's fitted with Panaracer fire tyres with are nice and grippy and the recommended choice of may MTBers in the club.
It is fitted with some shimano spds which I can leave on or take off if you don't want them.
I also have a Dakine hydration pack to include and will dig out a mini pump and the spare tubes that I have for it.
It was originally a £650 bike but I got it in a sale for £500, which is still what it is selling for at De Vers with the same spec(bike at De Vers).
I am only asking £250 for it, so grab a bargain.
As a guide to the size the picture below is as set up for me and I'm 5'6" with an in side leg of 30".
