I've got an oldish very cheap Rigidia (sp?) wheel Marco. It only has a thread on one side and the hub doesn't have a reverse thread for the lockring so you have to whack on a normal threaded one on hard and give it a whack to check it's tight every so often (weekly say). It's been hanging in the garage for ages so not sure of condition but it was okay when I hung it there, might just need a bit of cleaning and polishing with autosol.

I used it when I first built up a fixed so it's fine to use, just after getting bitten by the bug I got some decent wheels.

Not a problem, thought it was for your pub fixie :D .

Normal box section Ambrosio rims and Ambrosio hubs at Pearson's. Good wheels, flip-flop double fixed hub, £120 a pair. Might be able to buy individually.

Pearson's also do an aero rimmed build wheel for their Touche, think the wheels are the same price, and the rims not as good quality but just aero shaped if you want that sort of thing.

Is the Scirroco the old type with the same type of rim as the old Shamals and Atlantas? Can't you just get a track hub and swap the rim, new spokes too but I expect the rim depth is similar to the Navigators above so you miht be able to get the spokes reasonably easily.
