For sale - Jett ladies' saddle and armwarmers

Postby Amy » Sun May 25, 2008 7:32 pm

Saddle used only a few times (it's no good, I don't do ladies' saddles even if they look more like a blokes' saddle :| )

details here http://www.pearsoncycles.co.uk/product/2875/SPECIALIZED_BG_JETT_WOMENS_2008 and it's the 130mm version. I'm sure I got it for a lot less than £59.99 from Evans and a 10% discount so I'm asking £25 for it.

The armwarmers (small - they fit me a treat actually but don't go with my outfits  ) were bought in error (long story) http://www.primalwear.com/p-53-primal-tattoo-arm-warmers.aspx £5?

If I'm first can I take the armwarmers off your hands Amy? If I'm not first then I guess it was Sylv that beat me  .

Well, according to the ar*e measurer in Evans I probably should have gone for the next size up but I compared it with my blokes' saddle and the small was the same width - I think it's the funny lumps and bumps on the Jett that made it bl**dy uncomfortable.

Oh well back to the Aspide - just one ride and it was like I'd never tried another saddle

Andrew, the armwarmers are yours: Sylv had already turned them down. Be warned though they are really small but you can try them on when you come and pick up your ******* turbo trainer

Fear not Sylv, if they fit I'll be wearing them. They should go a treat with my DJ jersey :D .

Amy, it's a pity you can't swap the saddle in the shop it to try the bigger one, cos I think the Jett is great. It has holes for your bits and everything, which is much more comfortable than the numbing them up on the other saddles I have.

I can't remember ever really getting numb bits on any saddle I've ridden and I've ridden Brooks narrow saddles (no holes for your bits and definitely no give  - must be your position on the bike, Michelle :D
