Medium or long cage as it is to be suitable for a triple. Not really bothered about gruppo as it is going to end up on what will eventually become my winter bike.

Anybody got one?

Might have an old 9 speed Mirage one in the garage somewhere if that's any good. I'll have a rummage when I get a chance.

Found it. It's a 9 speed black Mirage long cage one. Work perfectly and has pretty new Tacx jockey wheels. I'll bring it to the Bec 25 on Sunday.
