Did the John Cock Epsom 10 mile race on Sunday.

I only entered the day before to use it as a training race as I knew I probably wouldnt do anything otherwise as the weather was going to be rubbish.

Managed to come 12th out of 235 in a time of 59:49 over a very hilly course taking us up to Headley and back. The first 3 finishers from each club score towards the team prize which we won and received £20 each so got some good training done and made a profit.

My mate Neil Smith did that one as well, he said he thought he saw you. He did a 56 something, was his pb for this distance. He said the first half was hilly and into the wind, he did the second half about 4 mins quicker than the first.
