Swimming coach badly needed near Richmond/Putney...

Hey folks,
doing my first Tri, olympic distance, on 31 July and badly need to improve my swimming. Does anyone know any coaches/classes to help me? I'm really a swimming amateur and 400m take me about 10minutes and 500m being the maximum I'm even able to swim
Annoyingly google searching is made so much harder by there being several Richmond's in the UK and US

Lucinda (my girlfriend) is a swim coach based at OpenWaterSwim.co.uk - DATCHET based at Liquid Leisure Waterski, is roughly halfway between Heathrow and Windsor. The lake is easily accessable via the M25 Junction 14 or the M4 Junction 5. (SatNav/Google Maps: SL3 9HY)
