Paul H will no doubt give a lengthy race report, but I popped up to see him at the finish of his first Triathlon today in EG. Was very windy, think he found the bike section hard. Also photo of his new bike.

nice skin suit armless fun is that an energy gel taped to the top tube, I got a nice little bag that sits there now, came in handy this morning in the 50.
