Paul H will no doubt give a lengthy race report, but I popped up to see him at the finish of his first Triathlon today in EG. Was very windy, think he found the bike section hard. Also photo of his new bike.

Thought it was mine until I realised I'd sold the trispoke rear and replaced it with a Zipp disc. :wink:

nice skin suit :lol: armless fun is that an energy gel taped to the top tube, I got a nice little bag that sits there now, came in handy this morning in the 50.

Thanks - I was in 264th place after the swim so was happy with 22nd overall.

You sure made up some places on it, I suggest you stick to fishing rather than swimming :lol:
