Just clocked this. 30km of open water swimming :shock: :shock: :shock: . 8 and a half hours swimming :shock: :shock: :shock: .

Oh my god, that is a long time swimming, would be interesting to hear from Mark how he found it. Also, how do you train for something like that, do the local swimming baths stay open that long?

Mrs Snoop she say :shock: :shock: :shock: awesome. A good strong swimmer herself, a 10k indoor took Mrs Snoop around 3.20 in March 2004 when Miss Snoopington Junior was around 15 months old, with no specific training as such. It's all in the technique baby (so I'm told).
