Awesome Paul! I think I will try one of these before attempting 1 hour

Did you increase the cadence on purpose this time? How much warmup do you do beforehand?

I would have preferred a cadence of 90 but my turbo gave me a choice of either 85 or 95. Warmup = 30min cycle home loiter for 30min to build motivation and 5min warmup.

Blimey Paul, yes I think you are right when you say I might get dropped on the next training group run. With you knocking out that power I think you may be doing the ride on your own. :D
