Running session, 8th Feb - POSTPONED Weather/absentees

South East Corner of Lloyd Park where the trams cross over. 10am. 90 min session - either run there to warm up or arrive 20 mins early for warm-up.

20 mins of technical stuff then pyramid intervals and one Parlauf session
Extra brownie points and one less rep in the Parlauf session for anyone who rides there (don't forget to carry your running shoes though

With the snow and all that, check the forum on saturday to make sure its on

Huw, there 's a Gorrick race on Sunday, although I'm not sure I want to do it (I do fancy a TG clubrun for a change). Will let you know on Sat ok?
