Whats your Max HR?

I didnt like the downhill bit today with all the leaves. Did you go full bore round them?

I went quite hard but not all out, I'm not sure I would go that much harder on a 3h race though. Went fairly hard on the climb to see how running would feel after it. Maybe a 23" bike lap x 3 doable. The downhill was a bit tricky (got stuck behind a car second time) but the bit at the back after that was ok, first time round i freewheeled round a few of the corners but second time managed to keep pedalling.

Did you ride there today then? I realised as I was driving off you had to pay for parking!

I plan on riding out to watch and give a cheer to those Addiscombe competing, Chloe, Paul H, Sylv, Ben that I know of. I'll try and remember to take my camera so please smile or grimace suitably.

Quick Qs:
Which roads does the course cover (I expect I'll just base myself on Box hill for most of the time though)?
What time does the race start?
Where's the start as I'll try and grab a few pics there if possible?

Cheers.

Race starts at 8am. Course map here http://www.humanrace.co.uk/forms/ballbuster_location.pdf

I did ride there and just did one lap 23:12 159hr. Will be slower on race day though unfortunately.

How's that - didn't you do a 2h duathlon @ 174 or something?

Dave L is also on the entry list.

The HR will be higher but the pace will be slower - lets hope not though.
