Alternative coastal ride

On road, off road, round in a big circle or down to the coast, we do the lot. We don't just do it at all speeds and for all levels, we do it Agreeably as well!

Roll up......roll up If you fancy a coastal ride, but if you are a bit bored with Brighton then join us on the alternative ride to Hastings with a return trip by train from Eastbourne or cycle back, the choice is yours. Happy days!!! 8)

I did the alternative ride with the disagreeables on Saturday. A fine lot of geriatrics led by Pete. Iain bought his nephew along which bought the average age down to 85. We were joined by regular disagreeable female Robyn who I think comes along to hang out with old men more than the cycling. She was also out with the Old uns on Tuesday, see the trend. Anyway it was the best ride I had since the last time I ventured out with the motley crew.

So if your bones are beginning to creek and you fancy discussing the good old days then go along to Hastings. I would go but I'm too young :D

Wow - sounds great! I'm booked on the express  train to Brasted and back but next time, if I have a roadworthy road steed this sounds like a lot of fun.

Good luck - hope you get a good fun bunch coming along.

A nice ride out that way particularly through Battle. Unless your hearts are set on a go on the kiddie go-carts on Hastings sea front then Rye is a nicer place for a lunch stop. It's a similar distance you just go a bit more east than south coming out of Battle.

Have a good one but be warned it's a bit of a rolling ride.
