Club run 31st July - 2

On road, off road, round in a big circle or down to the coast, we do the lot. We don't just do it at all speeds and for all levels, we do it Agreeably as well!

Anyone fancy 17s via Farthing Down? I mean, the A23 is lovely and everything, but ....

Distance might be slightly longer if I'm navigating.

I might join you - don't think I'll give the 18s a go this week, next week perhaps. Won't have ridden since ToBM so a nice gentle spin should do the trick :D

If you start going too far off course, I might give you a gentle prod :)

Toks, you know, I only ride once a week most of the time - don't have time outside of the weekend

Still pretty good for a once a week rider though. Need someone to do the housework, cook, etc... The cat's lousy

Ride to work? Good fast route to the City from yours, an hour tops.

Leave plates out long enough and don't feed cat - she'll clean them soon enough :D

Wow didn't know that. Wouldn't you even consider commuting twice per week just for the summer? That could definitely bring on your fitness levels

Hate commuting - tend to feel like killing something by the time I get in  Can cope with the traffic but too many idiots on the road for my liking - from pedestrians and my supposed fellow cyclists through to lorry drivers. And it's not quality riding for training anyway.

Now, an evening ride with club members around a nice loop like the Box Hill one once a week...

Got to the 19s last time on once a week with the odd midweek ride thrown in.

Now if I could just find someone to share/help me do the household chores AND go riding on the bike with... ooooh look, flying pigs.

Might I suggest this excellent guide by one of my favourite authors:

Don't think either of these suggestions can ride a bike
