Chaingang, if any of the plodders/C gang are out... Otherwise, I'll fall off the back of the main chaingang and then pootle off up Star Lane, round the top of Hooley, down Castle Road (great for practising downhills...) to the Chipstead Valley Road, up to Woodmansterne and then along and down to Carshalton through Carshalton Beeches.

Think it worked out about 20 miles for me but made a nice little leg stretcher in the evening/midweek and I wasn't back too late
