Anyone like to join me in a ride to the coast - flexible could be Brighton, Eastbourne, Shoreham, Littlehampton.... Steady miles, not too fast - around 17/18mph avge.

Sorry, got a 30 on Sunday. Mind you have you seen the weather forecast Paul, thunder and lightening, very, very frightening on Saturday.
