NEW!! Club Run 11.4.15 ALTERNATIVE-LITE to Edenbridge

First 'alternative-lite' of 2015 to Edenbridge and back. A lumpier route than the normal CR. Anyone that can ride the normal CR with the steady 17s will do fine. We'll stop for cake in Edenbridge. Weather looks good. Be there or be square. So I've got an idea of numbers let me know if you're coming along. Be there or be square! Any questions just ask.

I thought this sort of ride was for 17s and below?

Also, you sure the cafe's open?

I'm starting with an easy 17 to see how it goes. If the interest is there we can open it up to 16s. Cafe closed? Don't tell me it's another religious special day? I can't keep it up. :)

I think you'll be OK this time - it's not even a Sunday, let alone Easter Sunday.

Hi Jon, I don't think I'll manage 17 but I'll be interested if you open it up to 16s in future. Cheers, Kylie

Hi Kylie

OK but to be clear we won't average anything near 17 mph. I'm just saying, to give people a benchmark, if you can ride a normal club run 17 you'll be fine with this ride. There are a few hills and we'll wait and regroup (you'll probably be waiting for me the way I'm riding at the moment!) so no one should worry that they won't be able to keep up if they can ride a 17. What I don't want is for someone to come along and really struggle and not enjoy the ride. That's not fair on them or the rest of the group.
