Mountain Biking

On road, off road, round in a big circle or down to the coast, we do the lot. We don't just do it at all speeds and for all levels, we do it Agreeably as well!

Just wanting to put this in a more formal basis, if we had enough volunteers to lead MTB rides we could put them on, say, first and 3rd Saturday of the month.

I could be persuaded to lead one say every other month (sadly I really only know the areas round the North Downs/Banstead Common). 3 more people and the idea is a goer.

Who's willing to lead a ride?

I'm up for it.

My availability will probably fluctuate a bit, but I'd be up for leading a ride.

To start off. I'm going to Peaslake in the Surrey Hills this Saturday at around 10am, anyone who wants to meet up there would be more than welcome. I know the trails fairly well so should be able to find something suitable for everyone, however I would say that you'd need to have a bike with front suspension and definitely wear a helmet!

If anyone wants to come, please reply on here and we'll sort out the details.

Hi Tim,

Do you know the 'Walking Bottom' carpark in Peaslake? I'll be there at 10am. I've got an Orange Kona full suspension bike and I'll wear an ACC hat too! Probably ride for a couple of hours, but it'll all be based around Peaslake so you can either carry on for longer or cut it short easily enough.

Thanks for coming Tim. Really nice ride and lovely conditions. Glad you enjoyed 'Evian', it's my favourite trail at the moment.
