Club run 30 January 2016

On road, off road, round in a big circle or down to the coast, we do the lot. We don't just do it at all speeds and for all levels, we do it Agreeably as well!

Club run 30 January 2016

Another good ride today - getting stronger... Not quite sure what happened to half our group as they all took the short route to the café today. Only 6/7? of us went over Stan Hill and back up from Rusper. Tim, whom we all thought we were safe from, appeared in the back of the group just after we left CSS and on the whole he didn't rip up the group as before. Someone shouted about the cars parked round the corner from the Feathers and this poor guy on the pavement did an amazing leap

Most of those who did the short ride to the café also took the short option back to CSS leaving another small group of mostly the same people to ride back over Box. Us 3 girls, Sue, Andrea and me, left the blokes no ware on the hill - I'm sure they have some excuse. Andrew F did say he had no legs today but he still hung on most of the way back before heading back to Belmont from the Kingswood RAB.

So a good day on the riding front but lousy on the basis that I think my saddle pack has gone walkies. I just can't find it anywhere. I've ordered replacements and I have some stuff already but it's so bloody annoying - especially has I have just realised my first pack was also in it... Been a bit of a week to put it mildly: looking forward to life getting back to some semblance of normality so that I don't walk off in a daze leaving my pack somewhere on the ground :|
