Are you thinking about starting racing? Ask about future events in here, find out what you can expect at them and who else is going so you can scrounge a lift off someone rather than riding the 30 miles to get there yourself!

Hi Steve,

I think that you may be able to enter on the line, but will probably need to get there early. Daren is always in form, I am feeling pretty knackered today as I had quite a high mileage week but am hoping that having a day off today will leave me refreshed and ready to kick ass tomorrow.

How is your training going, have you raced yet this season, if so how have you been getting on?

p.s. don't forget that the clocks go forward tonight, ahh we lose an hours sleep.

Cheers

thanks marek
my trainings going really well although i still need to get some speed
into my legs which will come with races and intervals.
been doing hill reps over at box thur/fri and enjoyed todays clubrun
with an avg speed of 18.5 by the time i got home...
raced at crowhurst the saturday before your epic at alfold and things did'nt go as hoped and the pace was a bit much due to it being a 2/3 and found out after the guy that got 4th is an elite
still managed to get 28th after coming in with one other rider
early days and not expecting too much from these early races
so if i make it down to barcombe in time to get a start it will be interesting
to see how thing work out.
thing is i have no transport at the present and will be riding down as well 8) with the clocks going forwards tonight it might be that getting out of bed to get there for a chance of a ride might just be enough for me to stay in bed.
anyhow i hope you and any acc'ers have a good race and one way or another i hope to see ya sunday.
regards
steve c
