duo normand 2 up TT

Are you thinking about starting racing? Ask about future events in here, find out what you can expect at them and who else is going so you can scrounge a lift off someone rather than riding the 30 miles to get there yourself!

Definitely want to do it one year but it won't be this year. Speaking to some who have done it they say it's fantastic, start ramp, closed roads, and you can have a following car with spare wheels :D .

I know it looks a lot of fun, plenty of pro teams race it along side mixed amature teams. Boardman holds the record still, reckon if George went for it he'd beat it though.

Steve Hehir and Doug Rollins have done it a few times and I think got a fourth on age category. Steve says its the best experience he has had on a bike. Apparently you are treated like a pro with following cars and a massage after the event. Its not cheap though.

Enjoy.

Thanks for all the info
Well it looks like i'm going after all with a guy from Finsbury Park CC along with a couple more teams from the same club. Could be a bit of a miss match,he's 6 foot and i'm not! but should be a laugh :D
Entry cost is 40 euro's per team which yes is a bit dearer than a Brit TT but we have the luxury of closed roads following support cars etc so i think its reasonable
