Are you thinking about starting racing? Ask about future events in here, find out what you can expect at them and who else is going so you can scrounge a lift off someone rather than riding the 30 miles to get there yourself!
[quote="John G"]Great day out! Best racing experience I have been involved in ever! ... I hope more Addiscombe club members get involved next year!
Glad you enjoyed it, I did them both, plus a couple more, two years ago. It's pretty painful training though if you want to do well, and didn't quite fit in with the cyclocross I'm doing this year. Maybe another year ..

Pain on the final section of the Catford CC Hill Climb 2011
I feel a bit guilty for John not having ACC jersey. I phoned him one day and he happened to be in GB Cycles buying ACC Jersey. That was the day when first design was revealed on the forum. So I said this to John he decided to wait for it and left GBC empty handed.
Your famous now Iliya, Steve in GBs was asking after you after seeing you in CW . He was impressed you rode your wife's too small for you bike after your shifter problem.
