President's 10 and Jack'n'Jill TT, 15 Sept 12

Are you thinking about starting racing? Ask about future events in here, find out what you can expect at them and who else is going so you can scrounge a lift off someone rather than riding the 30 miles to get there yourself!

Matt:

1) Post here (done)
2) A couple of days before, Jon will publish the startsheet with your start time
3) Turn up in plenty of time to warm up etc. Start is where Spook Hill meets the A24. We normally meet at the NT carpark up Inholms Lane
4) Warm up
5) Pedal really hard for 10 miles, thinking about 3 miles in that it would be sooo nice to just stop and lie down for a bit
6) Feel like death
7) Get your time and enthuse and how much faster you'll go next time

Matt:

One further thing, if you're young Matt then you'll need to take along a signed parental consent form available here: http://www.cyclingtimetrials.org.uk/Information/RiderInfo/FormsGuidanceNotes/tabid/77/Default.aspx

Also be aware that the club juvenille (under 16) record is 21'40" so that's your target.
