We have a later start this week so I would recommend fitting a rear light for added visibility, for Jack & Jill pairings only the ladies need this - if Jack fits a flashing rear light he's likely to blind his Jill and give her a headache!

Jack & Jill rules:
Jack must tow Jill around the course, Jill can come out from the tow and sprint for the line with 200m to go.

A 2up should have 2 minute gaps but due to the late start I have squeezed these to 1 minute gaps.
