Crawley Wheelers Open 10

Are you thinking about starting racing? Ask about future events in here, find out what you can expect at them and who else is going so you can scrounge a lift off someone rather than riding the 30 miles to get there yourself!

From the inbox. For those that have only done the club 10s, the G57 course is a fair bit faster than G42. It's basically a small downhill, a small drag up, along, then down.

I am organising the Crawley Wheelers Open 10 TT and would like to ask you to please share the following invitation with your club members:

I would like to extend an invite to you, to this year's Crawley Wheelers open 10 mile TT, which is being held on the 11th of July, on the popular G10/57 course.

This unique TT incorporates 3 events in one race, the Dave Stokes memorial trophy for the fastest rider, then there is the huge Ernie Dore trophy for the rider who has never previously broken 24 mins on this distance and we also have a road bike category for riders on road bikes without any aero bars fitted.

The HQ will be in the Broadbridge Heath village hall and our planned start time is at 6.30 with a limit of 90 riders, with the last man off at 8am.

The time keepers will be the legends that are the Lewes Wanderers' Mick Kilby & Crawley Wheelers' very own Mike Labram.

The online entries are open and can be submitted through the attached : http://www.cyclingtimetrials.org.uk

Alternatively please post them to the organiser Martina Habrunova @
