I have been press-ganged into riding a relay triathlon for my company on the 1st July, and having not ridden a TT in about 3 years, could do with some practice!

It's not members only, guests can ride - only if the field is full would members take priority over non-members. The field is rarely full and it won't be on Tuesday.
