How do I get to Hillingdon.....

Are you thinking about starting racing? Ask about future events in here, find out what you can expect at them and who else is going so you can scrounge a lift off someone rather than riding the 30 miles to get there yourself!

How do I get to Hillingdon.....

I am planning on racing at Hillingdon this Saturday.
Any ideas on how I get there by train from Clapham Jct.

A link via multi-map would be great :D

Get the train to Syon Lane, then ride up (North West ish) Syon Lane & Windmill Lane to Uxbridge Road (A4020), then turn left and west along Uxbridge Road. Turn left into Springfield Road at a set of traffic lights just after a big retail park. The cycle circuit is on the right about 200m up Springfield Road.

If you miss the turning off Uxbridge Road and end up at a huge roundabout (juction with Hayes bypass) turn round and go back. And if you end up at the M40 then you've definitely gone way too far.

Thank you for the directions :D
Are there any other ACC riders racing this Saturday?
I've never ridden at Hillingdon before, but I hear it's quite exciting!

I can't sprint to save my life but i'll have crack anyways.
