Have you shaved your legs yet?

Are you thinking about starting racing? Ask about future events in here, find out what you can expect at them and who else is going so you can scrounge a lift off someone rather than riding the 30 miles to get there yourself!

No, not done mine, I just thought of this zombie thread when I wore knee warmers on last night's training ride & got some mild abuse for hairy legs.

Did them for Lanzarote to save the indignity of riding in shorts with hairy legs. Discovered a couple of random tufts that didn't get fully cleared so will make sure they're gone for the first race on Sunday.

Nice to see you back Ivor, is the beak coming out to play this season?

Howdy Andrew been a while, aye started posting off my first forms this year will have to open up a 2012 schedules post - GS/194 on 4th is the first.
Have a lot of other events to fit around though, it's going to be a very interesting year. I might have to retire the beak this year for an approved safety lid though.

Did mine sunday morning, well a bit of em! Not been out on the bike much of late so Sunday morning thought it was about time I dusted off the lycra and got out for a few loops round Ide hill. Put the ol' 3/4 lengths on, looked down and thought ARGGGHHH! I can't go out like this, so shaved to just below the knee. :D
