5day meeting

Are you thinking about starting racing? Ask about future events in here, find out what you can expect at them and who else is going so you can scrounge a lift off someone rather than riding the 30 miles to get there yourself!

during june, i know its a while off, but i like to plan ahead, and seen as its a late start, i could peak for this race..anyway, over 5 days, final day is 29th, held all in surrey area, highest cat entry is 2nd...anyone planning on entering..look on surrey league website fo details, could be worth entering a good team for this, then again, that what we say about every race!!!

I am a fourth cat Rob. Have not had enough races yet, well thats my excuse, to improve my cat.

Am doing Alfold this weekend, but so is Daren, so I won't be winning then.

A few of us are trying to enter the same races this season and attempting to play some team tactics along the way. We will see how it goes at Alfold on Sunday. I think that working as a team is theoretically a great idea, but when it actually comes to a race certain people feel good, others don't etc and it does not tend to work. I hope we can use it to our advantage, I think that we have to designate a key rider to help them win and not all of us go for glory. If I manage to stay on my bike the whole race I will let you know the outcome.

5 days racing sounds great, but with a wife and kid is a little difficult to fit in.

Cheers

Marek....
