I believe by helping out at club events.

I see you've signed up to 2 events already :D You could get both a black & a white cap 8)

woah there!! only ONE cap for each member that helps out regardless of how many events, not a cap everytime/event! I'm bringing some along make sure you grab one off me.

Why? When the club was trying to encourage members with cash, it was £5 every event you helped out at. Are the caps more expensive?

I always thought the £5 for encouragement to "volunteer" went against the spirit of doing so.
