I think that I will be up for a ride this Sunday morning - are there any local rides going out or would anyone like to join me for a 10-1 ish session? My preference is for a steady 18, few hills and the odd interval but I would be happy with a gentle spin. I probably wont do it if there is ice, snow or rain.
