Not a particularly good day at the office this morning for me. I woke up feeling tired and continued to feel tired all the way round.

I was a bit surprised with my time as I thought I'd have gone slower, but apart from the club 10 on Tuesday I think I'll have a rest week to freshen up for the SCCU 100 next Sunday.

Paul H 58.42 caught me for 3 minutes with this superb ride knocking a minute off last week's debut 25.
George 56.35 great ride again.

Steve Dennis did another stormer winning by well over a minute with 51.12.

Thanks to the Bec who with a pretty small membership run these events well with some riding early and then marshalling and others marshalling and then doing a quick change and bike grab to ride late in the field.
