this stuff is amazing. I lost over 10% of my body mass through it.
basically fast for 3 weeks from sunrise to sunset and ta dah the weight just falls off.

i went from 57kg to around 49-50kg.
seriously though. wtf. how can you lose that much through just skipping lunch.
