I know all this training business makes us sound a bit serious but, well, some people really are into this bike lark so feel free to talk about all training & self improvement related topics in here

GPS routes of club runs and other rides

does anyone have gps routes from a garmin or like of the club run you can email to me please and other routes / sportives etc to upload into training peaks for coaching some of my athletes

Have a look in the routes section Nick, some of the recent routes I've put in I did with bikeroutetoaster which allows you to download a gps file from it - you may need to register but it's free.

I only tend to use my Garmin watch if it's a different ride, and I seem to have lost a load of the ones I had :roll: but have the ones below which I think you can download the file from.
