After a long earned rest the weekly Wednesday night Hill training session is back on.
Meet at Butlers 6.30pm and do 5 - 7 climbs (2.5 hrs)
Pace is medium on the flats and full steam up the hills. We always wait for stragglers (usually me).
It's good interval training, especially with the SL 3-day coming up. I rode the Milland course last Sunday and it's a doozy!!!
A 25% climb leading up to the finish line should separate the men from the boys
